  • WHO Guidelines: The World Health Organization recommends an annual PM2.5 level of 5 μg/m3, but these guidelines lack regulatory force.
  • Indian Cities: Among the 50 most polluted cities globally in 2022 based on average annual PM2.5 levels, 39 are located in India.

  • Hosting Partners:INEOS and Wintershall Dea Company spearheaded this project.
  • Future Goals: Aims to store up to 8 million tonnes of CO2 annually in the area by 2030.
